At MASKMANIAC.COM we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you did not like your mask, didnt fit or any other reason, please contact us within 24 of receipt. We will refund for any (unused) mask or item, or exchange for credit or any other item in our inventory. Please note, we will not be able to refund or exchange used, stained or soiled masks. If you received an incorrect order, please let us know ASAP so we can fix the problem. A SASE will be mailed to you along with the correct item.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
We will automatically email you your tracking information as soon as we drop your package at the post office. This email will contain your order number, desired shipping service (USPS. USPS Priority or other services such as FedEx or USP), tracking number, shipping address and a direct link to the tracking page.
You can also log in to your maskmaniac.com account and View Order Status under the My Account tab.
In case you need to return the mask (unused), we will email you a postage paid shipping label so you can just print it out and send us the item(s)... an RMA number will be provided. Please note that postage fees paid by customer are not refundable.
*Also, FREE RETURNS are only valid in the U.S.A and its territories where we can send 1st class return postage. International returns will still be honored, but postage back to us must be covered by customer.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note, we will not be able to honor returns for damaged (by customer), soiled, dirty or items that have been noticeably been used.
On orders over $150 a 20% restocking fee will be applied to unused articles in original condition, plus any shipping related expenses. Please note, we will not honor returns 10 days after delivery confirmation
We use the United States Postal Service on 90% of our orders, USPS services will range from 1st. Class to Priority or Express Mail depending on the case. Continental US orders normally will arrive within 3 days of ordering (up to 5 days). We ship from sunny San Diego, California.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Domestic shipping rates vary from $5.80 for 1st Class air, to $9.99 for Priority Mail, and $19.99 for EXPRESS 2nd Day Service.
MASKMANIAC.COM can ship to virtually any address in the world (with a few limitations on certain countries). Carrier of choice will be USPS 1st Class Air Mail. Prices range anywhere from $9.99 to Countries like Canada and Australia, and $12.50 for almost any other country.
Please note that NO tracking is available through USPS 1st Class Airmail (only a shipping confirmation will be provided at your request. This code will only confirm that a package was left at a US postal office for international delivery).
Our most popular international destinations are Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery times to these countries will take around 8-12 days. Canadian orders will sometimes arrive in only 4 or 5 days. But it really depends on the countries Postal and/or Customs service.
